Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan if not dark or non-stick.
Step 2
Mix
Oats (1 cup)

Ground Oats (1 cup)

Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
,
Slivered Almonds (1/4 cup)
,
Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp)
,
Baking Soda (1 tsp)
,
Coconuts (1/4 cup)
together and set aside.
Step 3
Add
Bananas (1/3 cup)
to a separate bowl with
Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup)
,
Coconut Oil (1/3 cup)
,
Pure Maple Syrup (3/4 tsp)
,
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
. Mix well and add to the dry ingredients.
Step 4
Bake for 17 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Step 5
Let cool for a few minutes then slice and enjoy. Keep in a sealed container for several days or wrap individually in foil and freeze. From frozen, heat 20-30 seconds on high.
