Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan if not dark or non-stick.

Mix Oats (1 cup), Ground Oats (1 cup), Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (1 cup), Slivered Almonds (4 Tbsp), Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Coconuts (4 Tbsp) together and set aside.

Add Banana (1/3 cup) to a separate bowl with Unsweetened Apple Sauce (1/2 cup), Coconut Oil (1/3 cup), Pure Maple Syrup (1 tsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Mix well and add to the dry ingredients.
