Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a medium size bowl, combine Spelt Flour (2 cups), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), Ground Ginger (1 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (as needed), Ground Allspice (as needed), and Ground Cloves (1 pinch).

In a small bowl, combine Vegetable Oil (1/3 cup), Coconut Sugar (1/2 cup), Water (1/3 cup) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture along with the 100% Pumpkin Purée (1 can). Mix well making sure there are no flour clumps. Taste the batter and adjust the flavor or sweetness to your liking.
