Step 1
Heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large, non-stick sauté pan, add the Firm Tofu (14 oz) and fry for 5 to 7 minutes, turn frequently, until it turns golden in colour.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to medium-low, mix Light Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) with 2 tablespoon water and slowly pour over the tofu.
