Makes 3 servings. To freeze watermelon, lay chopped pieces on a parchment paper-lined sheet in a single layer. Freeze until hard, then transfer to a freezer-safe container or baggie until you need them. Store leftover Watermelon Daiquiri in the freezer in an airtight container.

Add Watermelons (4 cups) , Malibu Rum (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) , and 2 Tbsp of Lime Juice (1) to a blender and blitz until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to evenly combine.
