Wash all fresh produce well. Place Beets (2 1/2 cups), Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups), Red Cabbage (1 cup), Carrot (1 cup), Radish (1 bunch), and Celery (1/2 cup) in a large salad bowl with the Almonds (1 cup), Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup), and Coconut Shavings (1/2 cup).

Place Olive Oil (3 Tbsp), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), the juice from Lemon (1), Whole Grain Mustard (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl and mix well until it comes together.
