Wash all fresh produce well. Place Beets (2 1/2 cups), Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups), Red Cabbage (1 cup), Carrot (1 cup), Radish (1 bunch), and Celery (1/2 cup) in a large salad bowl with the Almonds (1 cup), Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup), and Coconut Shavings (1/2 cup).
