Wash all fresh produce well. Place Beets (2 1/2 cups) , Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cups) , Red Cabbage (1 cup) , Carrots (1 cup) , Radishes (1 bunch) , and Celery (1/2 cup) in a large salad bowl with the Almonds (1 cup) , Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup) , and Coconut Shavings (1/2 cup) .
Step 2
Place Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) , Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , Lemon Juice (1 tsp) , Whole Grain Mustard (1 tsp) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl and mix well until it comes together.
Step 3
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
