Step 1
Wash all fresh produce well. Place Beet (2 1/2 cup), Fresh Baby Spinach (2 cup), Red Cabbage (1 cup), Carrot (1 cup), Radish (3), and Celery (1/2 cup) in a large salad bowl with the Almonds (1 cup), Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup), and Coconut Shavings (1/2 cup).
Step 2
Place Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Apple Cider Vinegar (1 teaspoon), Honey (3 teaspoon), Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon), Whole Grain Mustard (1 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl and mix well until it comes together.
Step 3
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
