Spaghetti (9 oz)
according to package directions. Once cooked, drain in a colander.
While the spaghetti is cooking, heat the
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
in a large frying pan and fry the
Broccoli (1 head)
Fresh Basil Leaves (1 handful)
over medium heat until the broccoli is tender, 5 minutes or less. Take off the heat.
Stir in the juice from the
Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup)
. Season with
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Serve over the cooked spaghetti with a drizzle of
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to taste)
