Heat up a generous splash of Olive Oil (as needed) in a pot, then add Red Onions (2) , Brown Lentils (1/3 cup) , Carrots (2) , and Tomato (1) . Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Pour Water (4 cups) into the pot, then stir in Salt (1/2 tsp) , Vegetable Bouillon Cube (1) , Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) . Cook for another 20 minutes over medium heat.
