Boil the Water (3 1/3 cups) , then add Salt (1 tsp) and the Chinese Noodles (5.5 oz) . For timing, follow the package instructions but take them out 2 minutes early.
Step 2
Rinse the noodles with ice-cold water and shake out all water through a sieve, then set aside.
