My favorite thing about this Honey Citrus Salad? EASY. Use whatever citrus fruit you have on hand. I had a ruby red grapefruit and a couple of oranges.

Cooking Instructions

Carefully cut the peel and pith away from the Grapefruit (1) and Oranges (2). With a small paring knife, cut the fruit sections out and place in a bowl.
2.
Add Honey (2 tsp) and Ground Cinnamon (as needed) and stir. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
3.
Serve and enjoy!
