But it is so easy to make the best pancake recipe ever using simple pantry basics. These homemade pancakes come out light and fluffy, buttery and crispy on the edges, and just the right amount of sweet.

Light Corn Syrup

Cooking Instructions
1.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Caster Sugar (3 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), and Baking Powder (2 Tbsp).

In a separate bowl combine Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2), Butter (4 Tbsp), Milk (1 3/4 cups), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

Slowly add wet ingredients to the dry mix. Stir slowly until just combined, leaving lumps. Let batter sit 10 minutes.

In a hot nonstick skillet or griddle, heat Vegetable Oil (as needed) over medium high. When oil is hot, cook batter in 1/4 cup sized amounts.

Cook approximately 2 minutes until top is bubbly and edges are golden brown. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. Repeat until batter is gone.
6.
In a small bowl, combine Honey (1/3 cup), Light Corn Syrup (1/3 cup), Lemon (1/2), Butter (1 Tbsp), and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp).
7.
Microwave in 15 second increments, stirring after each. Continue until butter is melted through.
8.
Serve pancakes with syrup and Butter (to taste), enjoy!
