The olive oil in the marinade will harden during refrigeration. It will quickly melt at room temperature before serving.

Refrigerate leftovers. Can be kept refrigerated for one week.

In a small bowl or measuring glass, combine Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Sea Salt (1/2 tsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup), White Wine Vinegar (1/2 cup), Garlic (4 cloves), Fresh Oregano (3 Tbsp), Fresh Chives (3 Tbsp), Red Fresno Chili Peppers (2), and Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) until well blended.
