Cut Turkey Breasts (2 lb) into serving-sized pieces. Salt (to taste) and Pepper Ground Black Pepper (to taste) on both sides.

In a small bowl, stir together the Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp) and Spicy Brown Mustard (1 Tbsp). Brush the mixture on both sides of the turkey cutlets.

In a shallow dish, combine the Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Dried Parsley (1/2 tsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Coat both sides of the turkey well with the crumb mixture.

To make the sauce, combine Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Spicy Brown Mustard (1/4 cup), Sweet Chili Sauce (3 Tbsp), Water (2 Tbsp), Butter (1 Tbsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), and McCormick® Garlic Powder (1/8 tsp) in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
