Cut Turkey Breasts (2 lb) into serving-sized pieces. Salt (to taste) and Pepper Ground Black Pepper (to taste) on both sides.

In a small bowl, stir together the Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp) and Spicy Brown Mustard (1 Tbsp). Brush the mixture on both sides of the turkey cutlets.

In a shallow dish, combine the Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Dried Parsley (as needed), Salt (as needed), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Coat both sides of the turkey well with the crumb mixture.

Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until the breading is golden and the turkey has reached an internal temperature of 170 degrees F (75 degrees C). Remove from the oven and let rest. Do not overcook.

To make the sauce, combine Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), Spicy Brown Mustard (4 Tbsp), Sweet Chili Sauce (3 Tbsp), Water (2 Tbsp), Butter (1 Tbsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), and Garlic Powder (as needed) in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
