Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with non-stick spray.
Step 3
Cut Turkey Breasts (2 lb) into serving sized pieces. Salt and Pepper (to taste) both sides.
Step 4
In a small bowl, stir together the Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp) and Spicy Brown Mustard (1 Tbsp) . Brush the mixture on both sides of the turkey cutlets.
Step 5
In a shallow dish, combine the Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs (1 cup) , Dried Parsley (1/2 tsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) . Coat both sides of the turkey well with the crumb mixture.
Step 6
Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until the breading is golden and the turkey has reached an internal temperature of 170 degrees F (75 degrees C). Remove from the oven and let rest. Do not overcook.
Step 7
To make the sauce, combine Kikkoman® Soy Sauce (1/4 cup) , Spicy Brown Mustard (1/4 cup) , Sweet Chili Sauce (3 Tbsp) , Water (2 Tbsp) , Butter (1 Tbsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , and Garlic Powder (1/8 tsp) in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
