Cut Turkey Breasts (2 lb) into serving-sized pieces. Salt (to taste) and Pepper Ground Black Pepper (to taste) on both sides.

In a small bowl, stir together the Mayonnaise (3 Tbsp) and Spicy Brown Mustard (1 Tbsp). Brush the mixture on both sides of the turkey cutlets.

In a shallow dish, combine the Panko Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Dried Parsley (as needed), Salt (as needed), and Ground Black Pepper (as needed). Coat both sides of the turkey well with the crumb mixture.

To make the sauce, combine Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), Spicy Brown Mustard (4 Tbsp), Sweet Chili Sauce (3 Tbsp), Water (2 Tbsp), Butter (1 Tbsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), and McCormick® Garlic Powder (as needed) in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
