Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with non-stick spray.
Cut Turkey Breast (2 pound) into serving sized pieces. Salt and Pepper (to taste) both sides.
In a small bowl, stir together the Mayonnaise (3 tablespoon) and Spicy Brown Mustard (1 tablespoon). Brush the mixture on both sides of the turkey cutlets.
In a shallow dish, combine the Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs (1 cup), Dried Parsley (1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Coat both sides of the turkey well with the crumb mixture.
Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until the breading is golden and the turkey has reached an internal temperature of 170 degrees F (75 degrees C). Remove from the oven and let rest. Do not overcook.
To make the sauce, combine Kikkoman® Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Spicy Brown Mustard (1/4 cup), Sweet Chili Sauce (3 tablespoon), Water (2 tablespoon), Butter (1 tablespoon), Honey (1 tablespoon), and Garlic Powder (1/8 teaspoon) in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm until serving.
