Cooking Instructions

First, thinly slice the Pork Livers (9 oz).

Next, in a skillet over low heat add Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (1 clove), and cook garlic until it turns color into golden.
3.
Then, add the sliced liver and season with Salt (to taste) and Chili Flakes (1/4 tsp), sauté on medium-high until meat is cooked.
4.
Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) and Parsley (1 Tbsp) before serving.
