Cook Lean Ground Beef (1 pound) and Mexican Chorizo (0.5 pound) until browned. Stir in Salsa Verde (8 fluid ounce) and Water (1/2 cup). Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cut Large Flour Tortilla (2) into halves or quarters and create a layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
Evenly spread half of the chorizo mixture. Top with Canned Black Beans (7 ounce), Mexican Style Canned Corn (5.5 ounce), and Salsa Verde (4 fluid ounce). Sprinkle with Monterey Jack Cheese (1 cup).
Repeat the layers: Large Flour Tortilla (2), meat mixture, Canned Black Beans (7 ounce), Mexican Style Canned Corn (5.5 ounce), Salsa Verde (4 fluid ounce), and Monterey Jack Cheese (1 cup).
Bake for 30-45 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
