Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the oven rack in center position. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) with the Pizza Dough Yeast (1 package), Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon), Salt (3/4 teaspoon), and Garlic Powder (1/4 teaspoon). Stir until well combined.
Pour in the Water (3/4 cup) and Olive Oil (1 tablespoon). Stir until the wet and dry ingredients are incorporated. The mixture will be sticky and very wet.
Gradually add the remaining All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), stirring and working with your hands until the mixture creates a soft dough. Gather the dough and transfer to a floured working surface.
Knead the calzone dough with your hands for 3-5 minutes, until the dough is smooth and stretchy.
Form into a ball and cover with a warm, damp towel. Let rise for about 20 minutes.
Cut dough into four equal pieces. On the floured surface, roll each piece into an 8-inch circle.
Top the bottom half of each circle with approximately 1/4 cup of Pizza Sauce (1 cup). Then layer on Deli Ham (8 ounce), Buddig® Original Deli Beef (4 ounce), Pepperoni Slice (2 ounce),and Mozzarella Cheese (8 ounce). Leave the outside edge uncovered about half an inch.
Pull the top half of the dough over the filling until the top edge meets the bottom edge. Press the two outside edges together, folding and crimping to seal the calzone. Repeat with the other three calzones. Transfer to the prepared baking pan. Cut slits into the top of each calzone.
Brush the top of each calzone with the remaining Olive Oil (1 tablespoon). Sprinkle with the Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Bake on the center oven rack for 20 minutes, until the calzones are golden brown. Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Serve with the reserved Pizza Sauce (1 cup) and enjoy!
