In a pitcher, add the Fresh Mint Leaves (1 bunch), Lime (1), and Lemon (1) and using the back of a rolling pin bruise the ingredients until they have released all their flavours and oils about a minute.
Then add the Sparkling Lemon Water (500 milliliter), Pomegranate Juice (1 liter), and Pomegranate Seeds (2 handful), mix and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If you’re making it alcoholic, add White Venezuelan Rum (1/2 cup).
To serve, pass the cocktail through a sieve to filter all the mashed leaves, lime and lemon slices, and pomegranate seeds. Add some ice cubes. Decorate with Lime (1) and Lemon (1), serve and enjoy!
