Step 1
In a pitcher, add the
Fresh Mint Leaves (1 bunch)

Lime (1)
, and
Lemon (1)
and using the back of a rolling pin bruise the ingredients until they have released all their flavours and oils about a minute.
Step 2
Then add the
Sparkling Lemon Water (2 cups)
,
Pomegranate Juice (4 cups)
, and
Pomegranate Seeds (2 handfuls)
, mix and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If you’re making it alcoholic, add
White Venezuelan Rum (1/2 cup)
.
Step 3
To serve, pass the cocktail through a sieve to filter all the mashed leaves, lime and lemon slices, and pomegranate seeds. Add some ice cubes. Decorate with
Lime (1)
and
Lemon (1)
, serve and enjoy!
