Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

In a baking tray place the Whole Chicken (1), Dried Basil (3 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 Tbsp), Dried Rosemary (3 Tbsp), Worcestershire Sauce (3 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (2 Tbsp), Onion (1), Garlic (5 cloves), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Filled the tray with Water (to taste) until the chicken is almost completely covered.
4.
Cover the tray with foil. Place the tray in a preheated oven and cook for 2.5 hours at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Serve and enjoy!
