Author's Notes

I used Basmati rice but it will also work with American long grain rice. I used yellow food colouring just to make it a bit different, but this is an optional.

Directions

Step 1
In a baking tray, add White Rice (1 cup), Green Bell Pepper (1/4), Onion (1/2), Salt (1 teaspoon), Vegetable Oil (3 tablespoon), Garlic (4 clove), Water (2 cup), and Yellow Food Coloring (1 pinch).
Step 2
Cover with a aluminum foil.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
