Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix the Scallions (1 cup), Fresh Ginger (1/2), Oil (4 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/2 tsp), and Sherry Vinegar (1 tsp). Set aside.

Bring a pot of water to boil.

Cut the florets off the Broccoli (1 head) and thinly slice the stock.

In the meantime, heat Neutral Oil (2 Tbsp) in a pan over high heat. Add the broccoli and Carrots (2). Cook 5-10 minutes until you reach the tenderness desired in your veggies. Add the scallion mixture. Mix well. Turn off the heat.

Add the Ramen Noodles (10 oz) to your boiling water. Cook 3-4 minutes. Drain. Add to the pan with broccoli and carrots. Stir well, and serve!
