Step 1
Preheat to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Toss the
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (6)
in
Olive Oil (as needed)
and season with
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Place on a sheet pan. Bake 18-20 minutes.
Step 3
While your chicken is in the oven. Cook the
Pasta (1 lb)
and drain.
Step 4
Slice the
Mozzarella Cheese (2 cups)
into 6 slices.
Step 5
Pour half the
Marinara Sauce (1 jar)
over the chicken thighs. Top each with 1 slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with
Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 Tbsp)
. Bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Step 6
To a serving dish, add the cooked pasta. Top with the other half of the marinara sauce. Top with the chicken.
Step 7
Garnish with
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
. Enjoy!
