Preheat to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Toss the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh (6) in Olive Oil (to taste) and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Place on a sheet pan. Bake 18-20 minutes.
While your chicken is in the oven. Cook the Pasta (1 pound) and drain.
Slice the Mozzarella Cheese (8 ounce) into 6 slices.
Pour half the Marinara Sauce (1 jar) over the chicken thighs. Top each with 1 slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 tablespoon). Bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
To a serving dish, add the cooked pasta. Top with the other half of the marinara sauce. Top with the chicken.
Garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste). Enjoy!
