Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.
Chop the Fresh Strawberries (1/2 cup).
3.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp).
4.
Cut up Butter (1/3 cup) and add to flour mixture and mix until almost fully blended.
5.
Add Pure Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp) and then, in a separate bowl, mix Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) and Milk (1/2 cup) until blended. Add it to the flour mixture. Mix until fully blended.
6.
Add Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) and strawberries and mix until all incorporated.
7.
Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet about 2-inches apart.
8.
Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 12 minutes or until tops are golden.
