In a small bowl or jar, add Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp), Ground Allspice (1 Tbsp), Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), Cayenne Pepper (1 tsp), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), Fine Salt (2 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Ground Cloves (as needed), and Ground Ginger (as needed) and mix until combined. Store in an airtight container.
