Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut Cauliflower (6 1/3 cups) into florets, about bite-size.
Step 3
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) . Once all florets are coated, sprinkle Barbecue Seasoning (1 1/2 Tbsp) and toss to combine again.
Step 4
Lay the florets on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Add into a large bowl, toss with Barbecue Sauce (1/4 cup) until well coated. Lay them back on the same tray, then return them to the oven and cook for about 7 more minutes.
Step 6
Serve on top of the White Rice (3 cups) and garnish with Scallions (1 stalk) .
