Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Cut Cauliflower (6 1/3 cups) into florets, about bite-size.

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp). Once all florets are coated, sprinkle Barbecue Seasoning (4 tsp) and toss to combine again.

Lay the florets on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Add into a large bowl, toss with Barbecue Sauce (4 Tbsp) until well coated. Lay them back on the same tray, then return them to the oven and cook for about 7 more minutes.

Serve on top of the cooked White Rice (1 cup) and garnish with Scallion (1 stalk).
