This BBQ Roasted Cauliflower Bowl is a flavorful vegan dish that is easy to make and requires you to prepare only 6 ingredients! Cauliflower that is seasoned with a BBQ spice mix and tossed again with BBQ sauce is the key method to make BBQ flavor penetrate the cauliflower and bring out some of its natural sweetness.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2.
Cut Cauliflower (6 1/3 cups) into florets, about bite-size.
3.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp). Once all florets are coated, sprinkle Barbecue Seasoning (1 1/2 Tbsp) and toss to combine again.
4.
Lay the florets on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Add into a large bowl, toss with Barbecue Sauce (4 Tbsp) until well coated. Lay them back on the same tray, then return them to the oven and cook for about 7 more minutes.
6.
Serve on top of the cooked White Rice (1 cup) and garnish with Scallions (1 stalk).
