Bake the Sweet Potato (450 gram) until soft.
Once cooked, peel and chop in small pieces.
Place the potato in a board and mash with a fork.
Once mashed add the Fresh Cilantro (3 tablespoon), Parmigiano-Reggiano (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon), and Lime (1/2).
Transfer to a serving plate or bowl and serve. Enjoy!
