Step 1
In a pot, add
Heavy Cream (2 1/4 cups)
,
Milk (1 cup)
,
Vanilla Bean Paste (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Caster Sugar (2 1/2 Tbsp)
. Stir well and bring to boil.
Step 2
Once boiling, turn off the heat. Add in
Gelatin Sheets (3)
, and mix well. Pour mixture into molds. Chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
Step 3
In a small bowl, add
Fresh Blackberries (1/2 cup)
,
Fresh Blueberries (1/2 cup)
, and
Fresh Strawberries (1/2 cup)
. Top with
Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
and stir well to combine. Leave to macerate.
Step 4
Take the panna cotta out of the refrigerator. Flip it out onto the plate and serve with the berries. Enjoy!
