Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt
Canned Pumpkin Purée
Pumpkin Pie Spice
or Caramel Topping or Pure Maple Syrup
Chop the Banana (1) and place in the blender. Add Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt (2/3 cup), Canned Pumpkin Purée (1/4 cup), Pumpkin Pie Spice (1/2 tsp), and Caramel Sauce (1 tsp). Pour in Milk (1 cup). Blend 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into two glasses, add straws, and share with a friend. Enjoy!
