Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Puff Pastry (2 sheets)
into an equal square of about 2.3x2.3-inches (6x6 cm). Set aside in the refrigerator.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the
Cooked Ham (3 oz)
Swiss Cheese (3/4 cup)
Cream Cheese (1/2 cup)
Scallions (1 stalk)
Dijon Mustard (1/2 Tbsp)
Pepper (to taste)
together. Set aside.
Arrange the puff pastry on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Top each of them with a heaping teaspoon of ham and cheese mixture in the middle.
Fold the corner onto the top like an envelope. Pinch the middle to seal the envelope.
Brush all sides of the pastry with
Egg Wash (1)
. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
