Combine Water (6 cups), Distilled White Vinegar (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), Salt (1 Tbsp), Garlic (1 Tbsp), Fresh Dill (1 sprig), and Peppercorns (1 tsp) in a large pot and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat.

Pour hot liquid into the jars of green beans, filling each to the brim. Screw on the jar lids. Once cooled, store in the refrigerator until ready for use. Beans should remain fresh tasting and crunchy for at least two weeks. Enjoy!
