Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Prepare your tart shell by pressing the Pie Crust (1) into your tart pan. Poke holes with a fork. Bake 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) in a pan over medium heat. Add your Red Onions (3). Cook for about 20 minutes until caramelized. Add the Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) and mix well, cook 1-2 minutes longer.
4.
Mix the Goat Cheese (1 cup) in a bowl with the Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp). Transfer to the prepared pie shell. Spread evenly with a pastry knife.
5.
Top with the caramelized onions and Fresh Thyme (10).
6.
Cook 15 minutes. Let cool, cut, serve, and enjoy!
