Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Prepare your tart shell by pressing the
Pie Crust (1)
into your tart pan. Poke holes with a fork. Bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the
Olive Oil (3 Tbsp)
in a pan over medium heat. Add your
Red Onions (3)
. Cook for about 20 minutes until caramelized. Add the
Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)
and mix well, cook 1-2 minutes longer.
Goat Cheese (8 oz)
in a bowl with the
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
. Transfer to the prepared pie shell. Spread evenly with a pastry knife.
Top with the caramelized onions and
Fresh Thyme (10)
Cook 15 minutes. Let cool, cut, serve, and enjoy!
