Remove and discard the skin from the Bone-In, Skin-On Chicken Leg Quarter (4). Arrange the chicken in an even layer in the slow cooker.
Add the Pear (5) to a blender or food processor. Run until smooth. Strain to remove seeds.
Mix together the pear juice, Sunkist Orange (1), Agave Nectar (1/4 cup), Brown Sugar (3 tablespoon), Garlic (3 clove), Dried Oregano (1 tablespoon), Chili Powder (1 tablespoon), Lime (2), and Kosher Salt (1/2 teaspoon) in a medium bowl and pour it over the chicken.
Cover and cook 3-4 hours on low
Add the Broccoli Rabe (1 bunch) to the slow cooker on top of the chicken. Cover and cook until the chicken is cooked through and falling off the bone, 1 more hour on low.
