Add Avocado (1/2), Full-Fat Coconut Milk (1/3 cup), Mango (1 cup), Lime Juice (1 tablespoon), Coconut Water (3/4 cup), Vodka (4 fluid ounce), and Ice (1 cup) to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Taste for flavor and add more coconut water or vodka if needed.
Step 2
Serve the drink in glasses rimmed with Raw Sugar (to taste) and garnished with Cucumber (4 slice) and Fresh Mint Leaves (6). Enjoy!
