Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) or 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) fan-forced.

In a bowl, add in
Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
and cream on high for about 30 second.

Granulated Sugar (2/3 cup)
and cream for another 30 second.

Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
and cream for another 30 seconds.

Oil (1/4 cup)
, beat on high until homogeneous, scrape down if needed.

Add in
Eggs (3)
, one at a time on high.

Add in
Milk (1/3 cup)
and mix on high until combined.

Stir in
All-Purpose Flour (1 2/3 cups)

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup)

Baking Powder (1 tsp)

Baking Soda (1 tsp)
into the batter, mix on low until just combine.
Step 9
Transfer about a tablespoon of batter onto your muffins pan with liners. Then, dollop
Nutella® (1/2 cup)
spread using a teaspoon in the middle. Cover it with another tablespoon worth of cake batter.
Step 10
Top up with some
Chocolate Chips (to taste)

Step 11
Bake it in the oven for 22 to 25 minutes.
Step 12
Let it cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes transfer to a wire rack.
