Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large fry pan over medium-high heat, add Bacon (6 slices) , Onion (1) , and Garlic (2 cloves) . Stir for 1-2 minutes, or until onions start to soften and bacon has a bit of color.
Step 2
Add Lean Ground Beef (1.1 lb) , Ketchup (2 Tbsp) , Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp) , and Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Cook until beef is browned, about 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add Beef Stock (4 cups) . Bring mixture to a boil.
Step 4
Add Pasta (1.1 lb) and stir to combine. Cover, reduce temperature to low, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through.
Step 5
Add Cheddar Cheese (3 cups) and Milk (1/2 cup) . Stir through until cheese is melted.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
