In a large fry pan over medium-high heat, add Bacon (6 slice), Onion (1), and Garlic (2 clove). Stir for 1-2 minutes, or until onions start to soften and bacon has a bit of color.
Add Lean Ground Beef (500 gram), Ketchup (2 tablespoon), Worcestershire Sauce (2 tablespoon), and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Cook until beef is browned, about 4-5 minutes.
Add Beef Stock (1 liter). Bring mixture to a boil.
Add Pasta (500 gram) and stir to combine. Cover, reduce temperature to low, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked through.
Add Cheddar Cheese (3 cup) and Milk (1/2 cup). Stir through until cheese is melted.
