In a medium pot, sauté White Onion (1/2 cup) in Unsalted Butter (1 tablespoon) over medium heat until soft, 3 to 4 minutes.
Add Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cup) and bring to a boil. Add Green Peas (1 cup), cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in Curry Powder (3/4 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Couscous (1 1/2 cup) and Dry Roasted Peanuts (1/2 cup). Cover and remove from heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and stir in Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup). Serve immediately.
