Preheat your oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C) fan-forced.
Scoop up about 1 tablespoon ball of Cream Cheese (250 g) into the center of each muffin liner.
In your mixing bowl, add in Egg (4), Granulated Sugar (60 g), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Sweetened Condensed Milk (1/2 tsp) and Cake Stabilizer (1/2 tsp). Whisk on high for a good 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
Fold in sifted All-Purpose Flour (60 g). Then Fold in Oil (1/2 tsp).
Transfer into a jar and fill each muffin liner up till 90% full. Lightly drop the pan 1 to 2 times.
