Preheat your oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In your mixing bowl, add in Unsalted Butter (100 gram) and Granulated Sugar (90 gram), cream on high for about a minute.
Add in Vegetable Oil (30 milliliter), beat on high until homogeneous, scrape down if needed.
Add in Vanilla Extract (1 1/2 teaspoon).
Add in Egg (2), one at a time on medium speed.
Add in Milk (100 milliliter) and mix on high until homogeneous.
In another bowl, whisk in dry ingredients, All-Purpose Flour (195 gram), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 tablespoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon) and Baking Powder (2 teaspoon) together.
Add the dry ingredients into the batter, mix on low until just combine.
Fold in White Chocolate Chips (90 gram) and Milk Chocolate Chips (45 gram). Don't over mix!
Transfer it onto your muffins pan with liners using an ice cream scoop.
Drop the pan lightly a few times to release the air bubbles.
Bake it in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown, toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes transfer to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
