Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In your mixing bowl, add in
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
and
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
, cream on high for about a minute.

Add in
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
, beat on high until homogeneous, scrape down if needed.

Add in
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)

Add in
Eggs (2)
, one at a time on medium speed.
Step 6
Add in
Milk (1/3 cup)
and mix on high until homogeneous.

In another bowl, whisk in dry ingredients,
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups)
,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp)
,
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
and
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
together.
Step 8
Add the dry ingredients into the batter, mix on low until just combine.
Step 9
Fold in
White Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
and
Milk Chocolate Chips (3 Tbsp)
. Don't over mix!
Step 10
Transfer it onto your muffins pan with liners using an ice cream scoop.
Step 11
Drop the pan lightly a few times to release the air bubbles.
Step 12
Bake it in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown, toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 13
Let it cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes transfer to a wire rack.
