Sweet Potatoes (4 cups)

In a bowl, Stir
Chili Powder (1 tsp)
Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp)
Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp)
Garlic Salt (1/4 tsp)
Vegetarian Refried Beans (1 can)
Remove sweet potatoes from oven, add seasoned refried beans, followed by
Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup)
Salsa (1/4 cup)
Organic Eggs (6)
. Bake additional 15 minutes, or until egg whites are cooked and yolks are medium.
Avocados (to taste)
Cotija Cheese (to taste)
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
Sour Cream (to taste)
