Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Spiralize Sweet Potato (4 cup), then layer in cast iron skillet or oven safe casserole dish.
Bake sweet potatoes for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, Stir Chili Powder (1 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Turmeric (1/2 teaspoon), and Garlic Salt (1/4 teaspoon) into Vegetarian Refried Beans (1 can).
Remove sweet potatoes from oven, add seasoned refried beans, followed by Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 cup), Salsa (1/4 cup), and Organic Egg (6). Bake additional 15 minutes, or until egg whites are cooked and yolks are medium.
Garnish with Avocado (to taste), Cotija Cheese (to taste), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), and Sour Cream (to taste). Serve and enjoy!
