Blitz Canned Black Beans (1 3/4 cups) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Sour Cream (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (1 clove) , Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp) , Ground Coriander (1/4 tsp) , and Chili Powder (1/4 tsp) in a food processor until smooth, season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) .
