In a large saucepan over medium high heat, add Cooking Oil (2 tablespoon) and let it get hot. Add Onion (1) and Cubanelle Pepper (1/2) cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add Garlic (2 clove) and cook until fragrant. Next, add Ground Beef (1 pound) and break it up with a spoon as much as you can. Add Garlic Powder (1 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1 teaspoon), Worcestershire Sauce (1 teaspoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste) and Yellow Mustard (1 teaspoon). Mix together and cook until the meat is brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add Tomato Sauce (8 ounce), Tomato Paste (2 tablespoon), Brown Sugar (1 tablespoon), and Water (1/2 cup). Stir to combine. Lower the heat to low, cover the meat sauce and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Served with hot buns and enjoy!
