Step 1
In a large saucepan over medium high heat, add
Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp)
and let it get hot. Add
Onion (1)
and
Cubanelle Pepper (1/2)
cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add
Garlic (2 cloves)
and cook until fragrant. Next, add
Ground Beef (1 lb)
and break it up with a spoon as much as you can. Add
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)

Onion Powder (1 tsp)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Yellow Mustard (1 tsp)
. Mix together and cook until the meat is brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add
Tomato Sauce (1 cup)
,
Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp)
,
Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp)
, and
Water (1/2 cup)
. Stir to combine. Lower the heat to low, cover the meat sauce and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Served with hot buns and enjoy!
