Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease a 8-inch baking dish with Butter (1/2 tablespoon).
Step 3
Put the Almond Meal (40 gram), Honey (1 tablespoon), Egg (2), Lemon (1), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon) in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 4
Gradually pour in the Almond Milk (70 milliliter) and continue to stir the mixture till smooth.
Step 5
Place the Peach (2) and Fresh Mixed Berries (180 gram) in the baking dish and pour the batter over the top.
Step 6
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until puffed and golden.
Step 7
Add more berries on top with drizzle of golden syrup or honey before serving. Enjoy!
