Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Grease a 8-inch baking dish with Butter (2 tsp).
3.
Put the Almond Meal (1/3 cup), Honey (1 Tbsp), Eggs (2), Lemon (1), and Vanilla Extract (as needed) in a bowl and whisk to combine.
4.
Gradually pour in the Almond Milk (1/4 cup) and continue to stir the mixture till smooth.
5.
Place the Peaches (2) and Fresh Mixed Berries (1 cup) in the baking dish and pour the batter over the top.
6.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until puffed and golden.
7.
Add more berries on top with drizzle of golden syrup or honey before serving.
