Bring a pot of water to a boil and season it with two very generous pinches of
Salt (2 pinches)
. Add the
Cauliflower (1 head)
and boil them until completely tender and mashable, for about 30 minutes. Test them with a fork to make sure.
Once they are done, drain them and return them to the pot.
Use a potato masher to mash them thoroughly, then add in the
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup)
Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup)
Fresh Chives (3 Tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
, 1 tsp salt,
Ground Turmeric (1 tsp)
Paprika (1/2 tsp)
. Stir it all together thoroughly.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately. Enjoy!
