Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Grease and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
Valrhona® 66% Dark Chocolate (1 2/3 cups)
Butter (1/2 cup)
Valrhona® Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp)
over low heat till chocolate melts, but do not boil the chocolate, and stir in
Brown Sugar (1/3 cup)
and stir well again and remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Gently fold in
Cake Flour (1/2 cup)
to just combined and do not over beat. Add in beaten
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
, stir well. Spread chocolate batter into prepared pan.
Canned Pineapple Slices in Juice (5 slices)
over the top, followed by
Walnuts (2/3 cup)
NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels (3 Tbsp)
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 30 minutes.
After cooling, chill the brownies for at least an hour for easy cutting.
