Prep the potatoes by piercing the outside with a knife or fork. Drizzle with
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
, rub it in, then sprinkle with

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket with space in between each one. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cook for 30-40 minutes. Potatoes are done when the largest one can be easily pierced with a fork.
