To a blender, add Water (1 cup), White Miso Paste (1 Tbsp), Rice Vinegar (1/2 Tbsp), Capers (1 Tbsp), Nori Sheet (1/2), Mushroom Seasoning (1 tsp), and Beetroot Powder (1/2 tsp), blend on high speed until smooth.

Run marinade through a fine-mesh sieve, and toss with Young Green Jackfruit in Water (2 cans). Allow sitting for 15 minutes minimum. Squeeze out the liquid from the jackfruit, and toss with Flaxseed Oil (1 Tbsp).
