To a blender, add Water (1 cup) , White Miso Paste (1 Tbsp) , Rice Vinegar (1/2 Tbsp) , Capers (1 Tbsp) , Nori Sheet (1/2) , Mushroom Seasoning (1 tsp) , and Beetroot Powder (1/2 tsp) , blend on high speed until smooth.
Step 2
Run marinade through a fine-mesh sieve, and toss with Young Green Jackfruit in Water (2 cans) . Allow sitting for 15 minutes minimum. Squeeze out the liquid from the jackfruit, and toss with Flaxseed Oil (1 Tbsp) .
