Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Whisk together All-Purpose Flour (1 3/4 cups), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (as needed), and Salt (as needed).

In a large bowl using a wooden spoon or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup). Add Eggs (2) one at a time, then add Pure Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) mixing until fully incorporated.

Stir in flour, then add Large Flake Oats (2 cups), White Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 cups) and Dried Blueberries (1 1/2 cups), mixing until just combined.

Line baking sheets with parchment and using approximately 2 tbsp of dough place onto sheet leaving at least 2 inches between cookies. Flatten each cookie slightly with the palm of your hand or bottom of a glass.
