Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

with the egg yolks,
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
Oil (2.5 oz)
Ricotta Cheese (1/2 cup)
. Blend it for a few seconds.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and gently mix in the
Whole Wheat Flour (1 1/2 cups)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Salt (1 pinch)
. Then slowly fold in the whipped egg whites.
Transfer into the parchment-paper-lined baking pan and bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a tooth stick placed in the center comes out dry.
Let the cake cool down completely, then slice it up and serve it!
